In 1962,
the HIP division of Baker Gauges India Private Limited
was established as Horstmann India Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration
with Horstmann Gauge and Metrology Ltd. England, to manufacture
thread gauges.
Today we are manufacturing 1,50,000 gauges in a year comprising
Metric, Unified, G series, ISO 7, NPT,NPTF, ANPT, NGT,
API, ACME, STUB ACME, Trapezoidal, Buttress, Pg, BSW,
BSF, B.S.Cycle, Helicoil, Expansion test and also custom
made special gauges.
We export our gauges to 46 countries all over the world
and are the market leaders in India for the past 42 years.
With a view to maintain and further improve quality and
capability, the company has been constantly modernizing
its manufacturing and calibration facilities.
The setup is an ISO 9001-2000 certified, and is totally
equipped to deliver any kind of thread gauging requirements.
We also manufacture external micrometres in range 0-300mm
and equivalent in inch series, micrometer heads, Depth
micrometers, and also special micrometers such as spline
type, point type, tube type, disc type, blade type, for
various applications and also Digital micrometers in range
0-100mm and equivalent in inch series.
Highly skilled technical team with decades of experience,
latest modern manufacturing setup, world class equipment
for calibration in the metrology laboratory and expertise
in the field of thread gauge manufacturing has made the
company reach the bench mark of proven product performance
with reliability.
