| Classifying |
| This is used for classifying
a single dimension into a number of equal classes. It
can be adjusted to provide upto 20 classes.A clear
LED type digital display avoids any ambiguity when
grading at high speed. |
| Memory |
| Used in conjunction with
a gauge module to check the following parameters:
Maximum/Highest Reading.
Minimum/Lowest Reading.
(Maximum-Minimum) :
Total runout. |
(Maximum+Minimum)/2
: Mean error. |
| Printer |
| The printer module records
all measured values from twin channel comparators. Its
robust & sealed construction makes it ideal for
use on the shop floor. |
24 Alphanumeric characters
per line. |
Printing speed : 1 Line
per sec. |
RS232C Interface. |
| Relay |
| It consists of 2 relays either
of which operates for oversize & undersize condition
of the component under inspection. Both relays remain
OFF when the component size is within the tolerance
limits.Current carrying capacity is 5 Amps. |
| Total Light |
| This module reduces the operator
fatigue where multidimensional checking is done
using multiple gauging modules. If all the dimensions
of a component are within limits then green light
glows indicating conformance. Operator's time and
efforts are saved because he does not have to monitor
every gauging module. On the other hand, if one
or some of the bores are undersize or/and shaft
diameters are oversize then it indicates rework
condition and yellow light glows. However, if one
or more bores are oversize or/and shafts are undersize
then it indicates rejection and red lamp glows. |
| Light Grading |
| Light grading module can sense
various grades (upto 10 grades) and indicate by
lighted lamp against the particular grade. Two extreme
lamps for oversize and undersize components are
also provided. |
