This machine can measure cylindrical and conical thread ring gauges ranging from diameter 3mm up to 60mm. The threads are scanned in one axial plane and the major dia., pitch dia., minor dia. flank angle & pitch error are measured and displayed for each thread. In addition to above, the rate of taper is also obtained for taper thread gauges. The method of calibration of thread gauge by the Master Scanner is accredited in Europe by Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, U.K.,and by partner organizations of PTB.
