The Customer Support Services (CSS) department provides the communication link to our Customer for information on Deliveries, Customer Complaints, Product Service needs and Customer's Calibration requirement.
We understand that whenever a Customer buys any product from us what he buys is the service offered by that product. Hence w e have a full fledged Service department to ensure that product supplied by us keeps on giving you desired service year after year. Our trained & skilled Service Engineers are on call in all our regional offices throughout India.
Mainly we offer two kind of services
- Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of air gauge units/ air electronic units at site on periodic basis.
- Repairs and reconditioning of all types of gauges supplied by BGIPL
